Refunds & Returns

At JMW Boutique, we give refunds or exchanges without a return for the convenience of our customers and as a good deed.  So, if your item is incorrect in any way, we ask that you donate it to a friend, family member, someone in need or a thrift store (such as Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) then we will either issue you a refund or exchange upon your request.  If you need a refund or exchange without a return, please contact us at or (857) 267-1677 and we will respond within 24 hours.  (We prefer email because we are able to respond more quickly.)
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  Also, if it is determined that you have frequent and/or excessive amounts of refunds or exchanges without a return then JMW Boutique will evaluate and decide whether or not we can offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange without return, your item must be the incorrect (in size, color, or item), be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) with signs of use.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your refund or exchange without return is inspected and granted, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange without return for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you further instructions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card/credit for the value of your item.
